End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TOPS Ledger, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

TOPS Ledger is a treasury automation tool that connects to QuickBooks Online to manage invoicing, payment recording, and reconciliation for the Troy Oakland Pilots (TOPS) Flying Club.

3. User Responsibilities

You accept responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all financial data processed through TOPS Ledger. The application is a tool to assist treasury operations — final verification of all transactions remains with the user.

4. Limitation of Liability

TOPS Ledger is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application.

5. Termination

You may stop using TOPS Ledger at any time by revoking access through your QuickBooks Online settings or contacting the operator.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
