Application

This privacy policy applies to TOPS Ledger, operated by Casey Ramotowski (Cascade Apps).

Data We Access

TOPS Ledger accesses QuickBooks Online financial data including invoices, payments, customers, and items. This data is used solely to automate treasury operations for the Troy Oakland Pilots (TOPS) Flying Club.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored locally on the operator's secured systems. No QuickBooks data is transmitted to or stored on third-party servers.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit any data to third parties. Data flows only between the TOPS Ledger application and QuickBooks Online via Intuit's official API.

Data Retention

Only OAuth tokens are retained. Tokens are refreshed automatically and can be revoked at any time by the user.

Your Rights

You may disconnect TOPS Ledger at any time by visiting the disconnect page or revoking access through your QuickBooks Online account settings.

Security

TOPS Ledger uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. All tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS.
